Smaller than the pictures described, but typically small as European apartments tend to be.

We had a great time and would stay here again.
Great location, we walked everywhere and only took an uber once. We flew into Paris and took the metro to the Les Halles stop. It was a short walk with all our luggage to the apartment. Our party of seven had no complaints. We would stay here again. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are on the lower level accessed by a spiral staircase. This was not an issue with our group but might be an issue if traveling with someone with mobility issues.
We were very happy with everything.

Great location and apart,ent for families with young children. For a few nights.
Location was brilliant and the creative use of space within the apartment was fantastic. Perfect for a family of 4-6. Younger kids will appreciate the games and PlayStation etc…. Ideal for a few days and nights. Has all of the amenities that you need, including 2 washer/dryers. Thomas is very nice upon arrival and explains everything very well.
Beds were not super comfortable, nor were there traditional pillows and quilts (very thin and ragged). For a small investment I’d recommend that they buy some actual standard pillows and better quilts for the beds. That would make a huge difference. A 4:30pm check in isn’t ideal for foreign families arriving either.

Would definitely recommend if you’d like to be close to all the sights of central Paris - especially Le Louvre and La Se
Great location in central Paris! Had aircon which was wonderful and rare in Paris! Brand new everything! Very clean and well lit. Lots of room. Each child had a double bed / double sofa bed. Very quiet and secure too. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Loved the area!
